“I call on all partners and stakeholders for a stronger commitment to improve linkages between local, national, regional and international frameworks on oceans conservation management.”

These were the words uttered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, Hon Milner Tozaka at the first ever UN Summit on Oceans in New York, USA, last week where some 6000 delegates convened to discuss the challenges facing the world’s oceans.
